• We have resumed our normal, tariff-based, post-pandemic business practices, and discontinued “one-time transfers” of net metering credits between electric
accounts. If you need a final “one-time transfer” of net metering credits, please contact us right away to submit your request in a timely fashion.
• If you need help to manage your net metering credits by allocating them to your other electric accounts to avoid further accumulation of net metering credits,
please let us know. We can provide information to help you better manage your current balance and future credit allocations.
• National Grid has increased the number of opportunities for all Host Customers to submit updated Schedule Z -- the net metering credit allocation form. We will
now accept updated Schedule Z forms a total of six (6) times per calendar year.
