1. Please provide an updated Total Project Budget form in which under each signature they: (1) date the day they signed, (2) print their name in the "By" line",
and (3) provide their title.
• Could you please ask whether they edited the agreement? The headers somehow found their way into the agreement and contract language. We will need
an updated copy of the agreement itself with a fresh signature. I have attached the original for your convenience. The easiest way for the district to do this
will likely be to print the attached PDF, handwrite the signature, name, and title of the person signing the agreement, and then scan that copy and send it
back.
