Hi Mike,
As discussed yesterday, I have attached the FINAL Contract Amendment #1, including the “Reimbursable Expenses / Other Unforeseen Additional
Costs.” category with a not to exceed value of $100k. I have also included a revised cash flow spreadsheet. The attached Contract realizes a savings of
$239,516.10 in the TOTAL fee from the original budgeted amount, understanding that the $100k reimbursable amount shifted from the overall budget to the Extra
Services.
