The Capital Committee did meet last night and discussed all capital requests. I believe Don Esson,
Capital Committee Chairman will be reaching out to the district soon to request documentation of the
quotes used to support the district’s requests.

Hi Jennifer,
The email below regarding the District’s capital requests was received on 2/12/24. It appears that
additional capital items were requested above the total that was originally emailed to the Town on
February 7th, the date the warrant closed. The Capital Committee is meeting tomorrow evening to discuss
all capital requests.
