I have a question on the WHRSD Debt Assessment amount on line 59 in article 5 of the 5/6/24 Town Meeting Warrant.
On page 5 of 34 pages, The "Department Request" is listed as $476,180., however the attached letter from WHRSD certified Hanson debt assessment as
$251,903. Can you please clarify where the figure of $476,180 came from that was voted at Town Meeting? and is there an explanation as to why this line
item was selected as "Free Cash" funding source? Apologies if that was discussed, or presented, by the Finance Committee on town meeting floor and I'm
not aware of it.
