Good morning David,
I received your email request from my business director John Stanbrook. I understand that you are working for Mark Abramson, the consultant that was hired by both
the Towns of Whitman and Hanson to perform an audit of the Regional School District. I am requesting a meeting with whomever will be the point person conducting
the audit to review scope of work and timelines.
Currently the District is working on our audit that is due to the state and finalizing the fiscal '25 budget. I will not have staff available to work with you on your requests
until the end of May or June at the earliest. My business director is also leaving June 30th so the district will be in transition with a new person.
The District has no issues working with your group on this audit but it cannot interfere or impede the day to day operations of the District Please provide some dates
and times so that I can coordinate a meeting with you and my school committee chair.
