I have also attached to this e-mail a copy of the cover letter that was included in the download
package, which provides detailed instructions regarding the PSBA and supporting documentation
as well as the Certification of Legal Counsel form for the District’s legal counsel to complete
regarding who has the authority to enter into the PSBA on behalf of the Whitman-Hanson Regional
School District. This form is being sent via e-mail because the District’s legal counsel must
complete this form on their letterhead. Exhibit A – Total Project Budget and Exhibit H –
Reimbursement Rate Certification are also attached, as they require signatures from the
Whitman-Hanson Regional School District.
