I just want to verify that at this point the amount of $240,000 that is projected to come due in FY 2025 for interest on the $6M BAN at a rate of 4% outlined below is still the most accurate budget number to use? Mary Beth said that she wants to pay off the WMS Feasibility Study with ARPA funds. So I don't have any debt payments for the WMS Feasibility Study in FY25. The payoff of this BAN with ARPA funds should probably be put on the May Town Meeting warrant, as the rollover date is 6/1/24. At our meeting with Lynne Welsh back in December, we discussed a $6M BAN for the WMS Construction Project taken out this spring and first payment due in FY25. I put in 4% as an interest rate, so $240,000 will be the FY25 Budget for the WMS Construction BAN and that $240,000 is debt excluded on the FY25 tax rate.
