I believe we have everything signed, and have provided electronic copies of them here. The documents we are providing are as follows: 1. Signed PFA 2. Signed Certification from Legal Counsel 3. Certified Meeting minutes confirming the vote of the SBC to authorized Jeff to sign as the Superintendent of the School District. (Please note the Seal does not show, but you will see it on the hard copy being overnighted.) 4. Certified Copy of the Local Funding Vote 5. Electronic Banking Template The District is planning to send out the originals for all of these to your attention, overnight, but UPS.
