NO document attached (this is the meeting minutes documenting the vote) - Vote authorizing the District to enter into and be bound by the PFA. 1. We can discuss tomorrow, but I think the plan here is we will plan to vote this at next SBC meeting (06/11/24), we can then get that vote certified at the next meeting and send to the MSBA, this can follow but will delay the approval if not received. The question here is if we want to have an earlier meeting? Maybe we do a quick meeting next week to just vote for this and then we can follow up to get the certified minutes during the 06/11/24 meeting? Lets discuss tomorrow. 1.
