This was presented at the SBC on Tuesday 03/26/24 and approved. The district is now in the process of executing all of the documents and we should have a package out by the end of next week at the latest. I know that it requests that the documents be mailed, but we will also be scanning for us to save, so I will probably send you them electronically as well as the hard copy. Please note on the last item required, the certified vote. We can provide a draft of the 03/26/24 meet minutes next week, but we will need to follow up with the certified copy after they are voted on. We current are scheduled for the next SBC to be on 04/30/24, we can have the minutes approved that night and then certified and sent to you after that.
