I have attached each of the files we need to address to this email. If you can review the details / print these attached out, I am happy to review with you when onsite tomorrow. Attached files. 1. Whitman-Hanson RSD PFA Cover letter (this does not need to be printed, but has the instructions on what we need to do, which I have copied and inserted below) 1. Whitman-Hanson RSD, PFA.pdf – this is the PFA which needs to be executed. 1. Do not date the first page the MSBA Will do this. 2. We need Jeff to Sign on the bottom of page 31 and then print his name and title on Page 32. 2. Whitman-Hanson RSD Legal Cert.docx - Certification of Legal Counsel 1. Word document needs to go on legal counsel letter head and signed. 3. NO document attached (this is the meeting minutes documenting the vote) - Vote authorizing the District to enter into and be bound by the PFA. 1. We can discuss tomorrow, but I think the plan here is we will plan to vote this at next SBC meeting (06/11/24), we can then get that vote certified at the next meeting and send to the MSBA, this can follow but will delay the approval if not received. The question here is if we want to have an earlier meeting? Maybe we do a quick meeting next week to just vote for this and then we can follow up to get the certified minutes during the 06/11/24 meeting? Lets discuss tomorrow. 4. NO document attached - Local funding vote 1. Can you provide a certified copy of the vote results from November? 2. Typically this would be from the Town Clerk in Whitman 5.
