I don't recall any discussion during a past school committee meeting about Hanson's principal debt payments for Ban #1 and #2. Can the Administration and
Business Manager please provide answers to the following questions?
I would like to better understand what this debt is for, and why Hanson chose this year to make $205,000 in principal payments, funded from Free Cash at Town
Meeting. Thank you
1. When was this "HVAC" debt for BAN #1 and BAN #2 originally incurred?
2. What School building(s) in Hanson is this HVAC debt for: Indian Head, HMS or Maquan?
3. Has the town of Hanson made any prior principal payments towards this debt, or have they historically paid interest only?
4. What is the remaining principal balance on each BAN?
