Good afternoon, Superintendent Szymaniak: Below is a link provided by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (the “MSBA”), which includes the execution copy of the Project Funding Agreement (the “PFA”) and its associated exhibits for the Whitman Middle School Project in the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District (the “District”. ) This link allows the District to download each document associated with the PFA; please note the link will expire within 60 days. This download package includes the cover letter, PFA, the associated exhibits and the Certification of Legal Counsel form. The aforementioned items can be downloaded with this link: Whitman-Hanson RSD, Whitman MS PFA I have also attached to this e-mail a copy of the cover letter that was included in the download package, which provides detailed instructions regarding the PFA and supporting documentation as well as the Certification of Legal Counsel form for the District’s Legal Counsel to complete regarding who has the authority to enter into the PFA on behalf of the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District. This form is being sent via e-mail because the District’s Legal Counsel must complete this form on their letterhead.
